Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations and Offerings

All donations made to SHRI CHANDI MATA MANDIR TRUST GHUCHAPALI BAGBAHARA are non-refundable. Donations are considered spiritual offerings and contributions towards the temple's maintenance and activities.

Jyoti Kalash and Puja Bookings

Bookings for Jyoti Kalash and special puja services are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund.

Online Booking Refunds

Refunds for online bookings will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction. The refund processing time may take 7-15 business days.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the temple trust's administration.

Changes to Policy
